Our Lord said, "If your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out!"
Obviously, he did not mean this literally.
What our Lord is saying is that we are responsible for avoiding any and all near occasion of sin.  If we know that the internet is a source of temptation for us, install Internet Filter Software (I recommend CyberSentinel).

Remember that when we waste time at work looking at pornography, we are committing two sins - lust and theft, because we are stealing from our employers, being paid for time that we should be working diligently and are not.

It is imperative that everyone in your situation make use of frequent (weekly) Confession.
This cannot be emphasized too strongly!

Pray constantly, too, for the grace of self-discipline and the grace to keep busy with useful and productive matters, especially at work.

Seek and follow God's Will.  He will help each and everyone who asks.
