Everyone who finds him or herself in your position needs the assistance of others, along with God's help, in order to overcome this habitual sin.

My first recommendation is to find a local chapter of SA (Sexaholics Anonymous) and request to attend their informational meetings.

You have to take this first step.

Remember, you cannot do it alone.  It may work for a while, but you will eventually fall, if your efforts are yours alone.

Reach out to others who are there to help you, but take this first step!

Recovery is an ongoing healing process.  Don’t be surprised when stumbling, slips and falls occur along the way.  With God’s help, His graces and your shared perseverance, you will succeed.
