Q: Is cross dressing a sin and should it be brought to the confessional?

A: Dear J,

Deuteronomy (Ch.22 v5) is very explicit on this topic:

"A woman shall not wear an article proper to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman's dress; for anyone who does such things is an abomination to the Lord your God."

Such behavior has been considered sinful since ancient times.  So, the answer to your question is "Yes", such behavior must be brought up in the Confessional.
