Unfortunately, the only way to begin receiving pornographic spam in the first place is to have registered with a porn site using your e-mail address.  This act alone will unleash the floodgates.
These people trade and sell their mailing lists as additional sources of income.

The only effective cure is to close your present e-mail account and open a new one with a different address.  This is what I wholeheartedly recommend that you do.

This effort is in accordance with our Lord's own command - "If your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out."

Starting over fresh with a new e-mail account, then follow through by installing an Internet filter software package (e.g., CyberSentinel).
This will be a big step toward helping you to avoid the near occasion of sin.
